Temperament and Industrial Engagement

Industry-The way which evolved from within for improving and extracting the potentiality of natural resources directly or indirectly for fulfilling the existential needs in latest convenient form by creating various acquisitions both for individually and collectively balancing and maintaining with safety, humanity ,justice and ecology is called industry.
In the above definition it is clear that mine and natural resources have main function in industry, because other systems and technology are created by man for processing the natural resources or creating service or exchange the product as per brain developed up.
First to be analyzed to mine- Mine (self) is consist of –
A-Existence, B- Consciousness, C-Mind, D-Various temperaments, E-Organs and anatomy.
Exactly natural resource is also consist of –
A-Existence, B-Consciousness-Various characteristic.
As above analysis, various components of man and material are created by providence or created spontaneously are natural resources. Now question is why such natural resources are created by providence or spontaneously, only answer is for life and growth. Growth is connected with happiness. Therefore every one aim is to feel happiness by utilizing components of within and surrounding natural resources.
Sources utilization-Within and surrounding natural resources are waiting for utilize them for fulfilling the existential needs with latest convenient form for feeling happiness. Therefore world wide evolutionary collective knowledge are being utilized as an organization form for balancing the socio-economy for fulfill the aim of lives in the name of –
A-Governance system, B- Cultivation, C-Industry, D-Education, E-Trading, and F- Service sector etc.
If we take industry, then there are so many evolutionary refine technologies, systems, procedures, management, laws and ethics are being introducing for fulfill the individual and organization motto, which are individual interest and total profit of organization. But it is observed that due to less proper input of potentiality of within the following losses or possible of losses are being commenced in organization-
A- Not to be extracted properly or not to be improved the potentiality of natural resources properly.
B-Natural resources are to be missed utilize.
C-Systems, process are not to be followed properly.
D- Do neglect to maximum utilization of technology.
D-Some time invites accident and creating man, material, time and production losses.
E-Do not be alert for working environment, pollution and climate.
F-Do Less of proper coordination, market, present and future strategy.
G-Such practice invites total losses.
Proper utilization of source of within- Consciousness is one resource of within and role is to create knowledge within through getting impulses from outside. Implementation of knowledge is intelligence. But it is very remarkable that though brain mechanism is same for all, but intelligence is every person to person. Cause of intelligence and foolishness is analyzed below.
As per medical science in brain mechanism there are gyri and sulci (folding and depression of minute billions nervous cells) for various purpose known as cerebral cortex (like hear, see, smell, recall, intelligence etc) in both right and left cerebral hemisphere in the name of lobes which facilitate to nurturing the outside impulses and creating various thoughts. Exactly hormonal system (gland system) in human body is also help to co-coordinating the activities of human body cooperating with nervous system.
That means brain mechanism is physical machine ,and impulses are the natural resources for producing thoughts, physical activities(any work ,angry,laugh,cry,sex,fight,afraid,run,talk etc.), storing, spontaneous generating thought without outside impulses and reciting of memory etc.Therefore cells of brain of various zone are having different potentiality to retaining and discharging of processing impulses, and discharging of various processing impulses from gyri feel in a media is called mind which is relating to the potentiality and character of man or on the other word potentiality of man. It is clear that a temperament media which flow over all brain cells through out the brain that is called mind. But mind has spontaneous flow and can receive every processing impulse as per its’ choice from brain cells at any time (in sleeping time also) and makes feel one accordingly as per every one realization. Choice of mind means concentrate of type of impulses or thoughts floating on it. One is reacting to every impulse coming form outside depends upon type of concentrate of thoughts floating in mind .This is the measuring scale of attraction intelligent or repulsion intelligent or foolish as well as happy and unhappy feeling.
As above fact generally three categories of people related to intelligence working in industry as such – 1- Attraction intelligence 2- Repulsion Intelligence 3- Foolish.
Role of above categories people in industrial engagement is cited below-
A-Attraction Intelligence-Over all point of view all attraction intelligence concerning to every post are assert for industry. They think, incline and do for industry with utilize full potentiality and interest as own work, and crating a working atmosphere connecting to discipline,regulation,production,productivity,innovation,safety,natural sources utilization, pollution control, climate change, healthy industrial relation,communication,customer satisfaction, motivation programme, company activities,suggestion,participation ,quality ,business excellence etc.
A special character of attraction intelligence is never betrayed to company morally or physically within premises or beyond premises.
B-Repulsion Intelligence-Working point of view repulsion intelligence concerning to every post are not less benefited to company than attraction intelligence, but they always highlighted theirs own performance more than real work done. Therefore they are more interested own benefit than real company motto. They do not think for company future and involved in treacherous activities morally and financially with tricks, so that no one can doubt them. They are involved in every activities of company for showing for fulfill own interest, but do not real inspire other for industrial engagement.
It very remarkable that by hook and cook they perform theirs Jobs individually or taking assistance. But a polluted, unhealthy, unsafe, sort term and hostile working environment is created which is harm full for industry in long term.
C-Foolish-By heartily foolish are not harm to industry. But due to less developed up of brain they are performing theirs job with less expected out put cause are as follows-
1-Do not thinks deeply about job. 2-Obey the instruction without judging the situation .3- Do not put own brain rather than work manual. 4-Do not hanker to become higher skill in theirs profession 5-Do not think about result of job concerning to harm or delay or other. 6-Easily motivated by repulsion intelligence concerning to cheating or self harm. 7-Less think for higher post and living standard. 8-Afraiding to higher and feeling inferiority. 9- Ashamed for write and speak in front of higher authority. 10- Do not think to take leadership in theirs job. 10-Spend the leisure dozing or idle. 11-Do not want to face higher authority. 11-Do not bother about fitness .12- Less attract of motivation programme. 13-Afraid to take participation or give decision in various job circle or committee dialogue. 14-Some time become addicted. 15-Less bother about safety, pollution, health, climate change, productivity, production, innovation, sincere, quick communication etc.
It is clear that both foolish and repulsion intelligence are harm for organization motto. But foolish will be easily reformed to attraction or may be attraction intelligence by proper perpetual religion goading, industrial education and motivation programme by hearty and holy attraction trainer. But it is difficult to reform the repulsion intelligence by simple way. Repulsion intelligence will be changed to attraction intelligence when maximum employees of a organization become attraction or attraction intelligence.
Only attraction used here because foolish are become attraction or repulsion easily without intelligence, and foolish will become attraction or repulsion intelligence when they are getting continuous outside and inside positive impulses. Inside positive impulses means vibration of pineal gland.
Perpetual religion goading- For fulfill the organization motto; a perpetual temperament management class is needed in industrial culture which fulfill the individual, organization, nation and human civilization motto. The new concept “Spiritually Industrial Engagement” structure, course and imparting procedure are framed by author with trade mark.
